The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement no. 00102 released to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 8 February 2012 in respect of the unaudited third quarter financial statement and dividend announcement for the financial period ended 31 December 2011 ("3Q Results") and the announcement no. 00138 released to the SGX-ST on 8 November 2011 in respect of the unaudited second quarter financial statement and dividend announcement for the financial period ended 30 September 2011 ("2Q Results").
The Company wishes to clarify on the statement in paragraph 10 in relation to the 2Q Results "For the above mentioned reasons, we expect the business environment to be challenging in 2H FY2012". Hence in its paragraph 9 of the 3Q Results, a statement should include, "The Group's performance for 3Q Results were in line with the statement in paragraph 10 of the 2Q Results announcement released to SGX-ST on 8 November 2011."
