The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Sophia Lim Siew Fay as Company Secretary in place of Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng and Ms Lai Foon Kuen with effect from 31 July 2009.
