Pursuant to the exercise of the Call Option Deed dated 28 December 2007 (the "Call Option") between Mr Sun Zhao Lin (father of Mr Sun Tian) and Mr Sun Tian, Mr Sun Zhao Lin had instructed Mr Sun Tian to transfer 254,714,350 shares in the Company (the "Shares") to S&T.

Ms Tian holds 45% of the issued share capital of S&T. By virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act (Chapter 50 of Singapore), Ms Tian is deemed to be interested in the shares held by S&T.
