Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the resignation of Ms Sophia Lim Siew Fay as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 17 June 2010.

The Company also wishes to announce that the appointment of Mr Chew Kok Liang as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 17 June 2010.
