The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcement dated 13 November 2024 on the unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2024 (the "Results Announcement"). The Board wishes to announce that due to inadvertent oversight, the Company noted a typographical error on page 14 under Note 17 of the Results Announcement ("Amendment"). Save for the Amendment, all other information contained in the Results Announcement remains unchanged. A revised copy of the Results Announcement has been attached to this announcement.
