Changes To The Board And Re-Constitution Of The Board Committees

The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following changes to the Board and re-constitution of the Board Committees with effect from 25 July 2011.

Mr Hoon Chee Wai, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be re-designated to Independent Director of the Company and appointed as a member of the Board Committees, namely, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee respectively.

Consequent to the above changes, the composition of the Board Committees of the Company shall henceforth comprise of the following members:-

Remuneration Committee

Mr Chua Kee Lock - Chairman
Dr Steve Lai Mun Fook - Member
Mr Ho Chew Thim - Member
Mr Hoon Chee Wai - Member

Nominating Committee

Dr Steve Lai Mun Fook - Chairman
Mr Chua Kee Lock - Member
Mr Ho Chew Thim - Member
Mr Hoon Chee Wai - Member
