Clarification Of Financial Statement And Related Announcement

The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement no. 00138 released to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 8 November 2011 in respect of the unaudited second quarter financial statement and dividend announcement for the financial period ended 30 September 2011 ("2Q Results") and the announcement no. 00031 released to the SGX-ST on 8 August 2011 in respect of the unaudited first quarter financial statement and dividend announcement for the financial period ended 30 June 2011 ("1Q Results").

The Company wishes to clarify on the statement in paragraph 10 in relation to the 1Q Results "In view of the current economic uncertainties, we are cautiously optimistic about the performance of the Group". Hence, in its paragraph 9 of the 2Q Results, a statement should include, "The Group's performance for 2Q Results were in line with the statement in paragraph 10 of the 1Q Results announcement released to SGX-ST on 8 August 2011."
