Change Status Of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Yongmao Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Sun Tian, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed by the Company as Sales Manager and he is responsible for the group's business development and sales to customers outside the PRC.

Consequently, Mr. Sun Tian's status has changed from non-executive to executive director of the Company.
